Entry to the house requires going up stairs to the front porch. Both guest bedrooms are on the second floor.

We allow guests to bring their own alcohol onto the premises. Guests are expected to consume responsibly. Disruptive/obnoxious behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to evict guests with no refund if they do not adhere to this rule.

I have special dietary needs, can I still have breakfast?

Breakfast is served between 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM. We’ll consult with you the night before as to what time during that period would be best for you. We can cater to your dietary needs/preferences: gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan. Privacy Policy

Your information is never shared with anyone. Our reservation website is secured.

Reducing our Carbon Footprint

Being environmentally conscious is very important to us. We try to use eco-friendly soaps, cleaning products, and laundry detergents. Blue bins (recyclables) and green bins (compostable waste) are provided in each guest room. When available, we use locally sourced food. Our coffee pods are recyclable. We are on municipal water here but recognize guests may not have brought a water bottle for their outings. To accommodate that, we only provide locally produced Ice River bottled spring water; their bottles are made from 100% recycled plastic.

Security

The front door and guest bedrooms have keyless entry. The codes are given to you upon arrival and disabled upon your checkout. Non-registered persons are not allowed in the Bed & Breakfast. We will only enter your room to do housekeeping, if agreed upon, or in an emergency.

Smoking

No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises including outside.

Storage

We offer secure storage for sports equipment (bicycles, kayaks, paddleboard, skis, snowboards) in our garage. Starting in 2020, we’ll have room for motorcycles.
