- Rates are based on room occupancy. Maximum of 2 guest/room. No cots are allowed.
- A 50% deposit is required when the reservation is made. Please read our cancellation policy prior to booking
- rates quoted on our website are in Canadian dollars. If you are making a reservation through a third-party website (Bookings.com, Expedia, etc.), please be aware of the currency that they are listing the price in.
- no additional taxes or fees are charged
- we cannot accommodate children under the age of 13
- no pets are allowed (certified Service Animals excepted)
- we have 3 elderly house cats. They are not allowed in the guest quarters but do frequent the common area. Please be aware of this if you suffer from allergies.
- no smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises
- Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- we cannot process same-day reservations online. Please call us instead to see if we can accommodate you.
- non-registered persons are not allowed in the Bed & Breakfast.
- deposit by credit card is required at the time of making your reservation.
- the balance due is payable upon arrival
- we accept cash, debit, e-transfer, VISA, Mastercard, or American Express for the balance.
- for cancellations made more than 4 days before arrival, a full refund of your deposit will be made but with the following exception: If the reservation was made through a third-party travel site, there is an administration fee of 20% of the full reservation amount. (Sorry, but these sites do not refund us the fee we were charged for your booking).
- for cancellations made 4 days or less before arrival, there is no refund.
- if we can fill the vacancy, we will provide a refund less any administration fee, if it was applicable.
- if you do not notify us of a cancellation, there is no refund of your deposit.
